What does the process look like?
The process involves a discovery session to understand your business and goals when it comes to producing and publishing customer evidence stories. Then for each case study, Lindsey will conduct interviews with you and your customer to gather relevant details for the story, write a draft, and manage the review/approval process between all necessary parties involved.
All while maintaining transparent communication with you throughout the entire process.
